The Hydrolite project management team, together with our associate companies, provides world-class consultants and management teams experienced in all landscaping disciplines. Hydrolite has an extensive UAE, Australian and International track record, combining design, construction and maintenance systems. Our consultants include specialists in project management, landscape design, construction and maintenance. Our job is to ensure that the detail of work is to the standard the client expects, and to ensure the client receives the best from the contractors. |
Hydrolite has the flexibility to deliver a fully integrated landscape solution composed of a mixture of management, design and construction services. Our management team has the capability to combine the skills of all divisions, so that a comprehensive management, design and construction solution can be delivered expertly and successfully to the client. They are directly responsible for ensuring that strategic planning for clients is delivered in a workable and sustainable form. Our team will manage and take responsibility for the implementation and deployment of the plans and the various contractors involved in the project.
Hydrolite oversee the following areas of work:
- Movements onto and off the site by different contractors need to be coordinated to minimize clashes in tasks. We assist in the programming of works and the client is kept informed.
- Contractors need to be kept informed of each other's progress . We remain in regular contact with the contractor until their work is complete, approved and settled.
- Variations in either material choice or construction technique are characteristic of many projects. The ultimate success of the work will often depend on our response to these. We attend to variations promptly and will usually convey these to the client for consideration and approval.
- Constant checks on the progress of works are imperative for us to monitor timing; to ensure designs are being interpreted correctly; and to oversee the quality of work.
- We act as mediators between parties if problems arise.
